You have two options:
- SET UPDATECALC ON;
- SET UPDATECALC ON OFF;
SET UPDATECALC ON: Essbase only calculates those blocks that have undergone changes (“dirty blocks”) and their higher levels. By default it is the current option.
SET UPDATECALC OFF: Essbase calculates all blocks, regardless of whether they have been changed or not.
The first option makes the calculations faster, although there is a danger that there are blocks that bear some relation to modified blocks and that they are not calculated.

Tiene dos opciones:

SET UPDATECALC ON: Essbase únicamente calcula aquellos bloques que hayan sufrido cambios (“dirty blocks”) y sus niveles superiores. Por defecto es la opción vigente.
SET UPDATECALC OFF: Essbase calcula todos los bloques, con independencia de que hayan sufrido cambios o no.
La primera opción hace que los cálculos sean más rápidos, si bien se corre el peligro de que haya bloques que guarden alguna relación con bloques modificados y que queden sin calcular.
